What exactly do I get?
A PDF plan dated for your pet, route and travel date; a calendar file that puts every deadline into Google, Apple or Outlook calendar with alerts before it; a travel-day document checklist; an airline and breed check; and questions to ask your vet.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment of $19. There is nothing to cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you are not happy with your plan for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Details are in our Terms.
Can I change my travel date later?
Yes. The link in your receipt email opens your plan again. Change the date and download a fresh PDF and calendar file.
Where do the rules come from?
From official government sources — USDA APHIS, the CDC, GOV.UK, the EU, Canada's CFIA, Australia's DAFF, Japan's Animal Quarantine Service, Singapore's AVS and others. Every plan links to them and shows the date we last checked (Oct 28, 2026).
Is this legal or veterinary advice?
No. Border Pets turns official rules into a dated plan, but you should confirm each step with your vet, your airline and the destination's authority.
